By submitting this booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions with ASJ Marketing Pty Ltd trading as Monsta Media Liverpool ("Monsta Media Liverpool").

The purpose of this booking is to discuss your business, marketing objectives, and the services offered by Monsta Media Liverpool. Submission of this form does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance as a client, or constitute a binding agreement for services.

You agree that all information provided within this booking form is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Monsta Media Liverpool relies on the information supplied by you when assessing your business needs and preparing any recommendations or proposals.

Any advice, recommendations, strategies, audits, forecasts, or discussions provided during consultations, discovery calls, or strategy sessions are general in nature and do not guarantee specific business, marketing, advertising, lead generation, revenue, or sales outcomes. Results may vary depending on numerous factors outside of Monsta Media's control, including market conditions, competition, budget, implementation, and customer behaviour.

Where a proposal, quotation, or service recommendation is provided following a consultation, all pricing, deliverables, timelines, and service inclusions remain subject to a separate written agreement. No services will commence until both parties have agreed to the relevant terms and payment arrangements.

By booking an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Monsta Media Liverpool reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.

All information disclosed during consultations will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide services requested by you.

Any materials, strategies, proposals, presentations, marketing concepts, creative ideas, audits, or intellectual property provided by Monsta Media during the consultation process remain the property of Monsta Media Liverpool unless otherwise agreed in writing. Such materials must not be copied, distributed, implemented, or shared without prior written consent.

Monsta Media Liverpool reserves the right to refuse service, decline projects, or discontinue discussions where a prospective client is not a suitable fit for our services or where circumstances reasonably warrant such action.
